Terms of Service
Using Domra
You may use Domra only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, connected services, submitted information, and activity performed through your account.
Mailbox connections
Mailbox connections are optional. When you authorize Gmail or Outlook, you direct Domra to access and process mailbox data for the lead-management features you enable. You must have authority to connect the mailbox and process the information it contains.
Automated output
Domra may extract information and prepare drafts, classifications, schedules, or suggested actions. You are responsible for reviewing important information and communications before relying on or sending them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access another person's account without permission, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, or use Domra for discrimination, spam, fraud, or other prohibited conduct.
Third-party services
Domra integrates with services such as Google, Microsoft, listing platforms, communications providers, and hosting providers. Their separate terms and availability may apply.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using Domra or disconnect an integration at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address violations of these terms.
