Data deletion
Disconnect mailbox access immediately or request deletion of stored Domra account and mailbox-derived data.
Disconnect Gmail or Outlook
Open Email connections, locate the mailbox, and select Remove access. Domra stops future mailbox access and disables the stored authorization.
Disconnect Google Calendar
Open Email connections, locate Google Calendar, and select Remove access. Domra stops future calendar access and disables the stored authorization.
Revoke Google access
You can also remove Domra from the third-party access section of your Google Account. Revoking access prevents future Google API access.
Delete stored data
Email inquiries@domra.ai from the address associated with your Domra account. Include “Domra data deletion request” in the subject. We will verify account ownership and process the request within 30 days, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
What the request covers
A verified deletion request covers connected-mailbox credentials, connected-calendar credentials, mailbox rules, mailbox processing records, and mailbox-derived lead data associated with the requesting Domra account.
